Challenge

02CONSTRUCTION MONITORING

Lender draw verification — mixed-use development

Challenge

A $42M mixed-use development required monthly independent progress verification for lender draw approvals. The lender needed defensible, time-stamped documentation that could not be disputed by any party.

Solution

Monthly aerial missions captured high-resolution progress photography, volumetric earthwork measurements and 3D surface models. Each flight produced a standardized report comparing as-built conditions against design surfaces and the approved draw schedule.

03LAW ENFORCEMENT

Multi-vehicle crash scene reconstruction

Challenge

A fatal multi-vehicle collision on a high-traffic state route required rapid, forensic-grade scene documentation before the roadway could reopen. Traditional total-station survey would have kept the road closed for an additional four to six hours.

Solution

IntelAerial deployed within 45 minutes of the callout, capturing the full scene with sub-centimeter photogrammetric accuracy. A 3D scene model, scaled orthomosaic and measurement-ready point cloud were delivered to investigators within 18 hours.

04PRECISION AGRICULTURE

Challenge

A 2,400-acre corn and soybean operation was experiencing inconsistent yield in specific field zones. The producer needed field-wide visibility to direct scouting and variable-rate treatment without walking every acre.

Solution

IntelAerial captured multispectral NDVI imagery across the full operation at V6 growth stage, identifying stress clusters correlated to drainage patterns and compaction zones. LiDAR-derived elevation models confirmed low-point drainage issues.

05ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING

Challenge

The city needed repeatable, time-stamped documentation of stormwater outfall conditions, channel erosion and sediment control measures across 28 permitted discharge points for ADEM MS4 compliance reporting.

Solution

IntelAerial established a quarterly aerial monitoring program covering all 28 outfall locations. Each mission produced georeferenced condition photography, thermal outfall screening and erosion-change overlays compared against the previous quarter baseline.

06UTILITY INSPECTION

Solar array thermal survey — utility-scale installation

Challenge

A 12MW ground-mount solar installation with over 32,000 panels required annual thermal inspection to identify failing cells, hotspots and connection anomalies affecting energy production and warranty compliance.

Solution

IntelAerial conducted a full-array thermal survey during peak irradiance conditions, systematically scanning every panel row with calibrated radiometric infrared. Anomalies were classified by severity and mapped to the developer’s panel-level asset registry.
