Leadership / IntelAerial

The people
behind the mission.

Aerospace law, federal law enforcement, police leadership and government experience — brought together so every program we build is lawful, documented and ready for the people who depend on it.

Andrew McCarley, President

President

Andrew McCarley

Andrew McCarley is the President of IntelAerial. He is an aerospace attorney and commercial strategist with a J.D. and an LL.M. in Air and Space Law, and previously worked in the Autonomous & Space division of Boeing Defense, supporting autonomous aircraft and unmanned systems programs.

He serves on the American Bar Association’s Drone Law Committee and has advised UAV and unmanned systems companies around the globe on defense, commercial and intelligence operations — and on the regulatory, export-control and compliance questions that come with flying drone and unmanned platforms.

That background shapes how IntelAerial works — from how airspace is planned and authorized, to how components and data are documented, to how every deliverable is built to hold up in front of an engineer, a lender, an agency or a court.
